Established in 2011, Kinetics Corrective Exercise and Personal Training has been improving the fitness, function, and health in individuals just like you. At Kinetics, your journey begins with an assessment. "If you're not assessing, you're guessing."
We begin with a physical assessment in which we measure joint range of motion, static postural problems, spinal curves, and a movement analysis. All of this helps to effectively design programs to realign our body and build a solid foundation from which we can enjoy many years of a healthy, active, pain free lifestyle.
In addition to the physical assessment, clients are encouraged to answer questionnaires that help identify problematic or harmful areas in their lives. These areas include dietary habits and needs, daily stress factors, sleep habits and more.
After assessment and evaluation, individualized programs are created based on your needs and goals. Then, your one-on-one training sessions will guide, educate, and motivate you to achieving the results you are looking for.
The "cookie-cutter" approach is still very prevalent in today's exercise world. But it is no more effective today than it was 50 years ago. Every individual is different. Their needs to achieve optimal health and fitness levels are different as well. At Kinetics, you are treated as the individual you are, and your journey will be just as unique.
I base my exercise programs on the training and teachings of the world-renowned C.H.E.K Institute.
